    Depends. Best with something else? Mozzarella. Maybe provolone.

    Best cheese for eats? Tossup between extra sharp cheddar cheese and chihuahua cheese..

    I love me some baby brie, as well. There are so many fantastic cheeses out there. I had an artisan goat cheese in San Francisco (free sample!) that was mindblowingly good.

    The other part of the answer concerns with wine or beer you pair with the cheese.

    The way I see it is that mozzarella cheese is the glory of pizza and fried mozzarella.

    Provolone is the glory of all things sammich minus steak n cheddar.

    Cheddar is the glory of all cheeses though (chihuahua is a cheddar, btw)

    For sammiches, I like Muenster cheese.
    To just eat with some crackers, I have to go with Pepperjack.
    I also love me some Queso Manchego. YUM!

    Sharp Provolone for sandwiches and anything.
    Extra sharp cheddar for anything.
    Gruyere for fondu and for anything.

    You could melt cheese on a tire and I'd still eat it.

    Danish blues go really well with IPAs. The bigger the beer the stickier the cheese.
  17. Is this the new "beer" thread where everyone's going to talk about all these craft cheeses with stupid name like baby fart blu cheese that cost three times as much as your craft cheese?

    For the record I like the beer thread. Don't know anything about craft beers but I'm drawn to that thread like watching an accident scene.

  19. Ha I'm willing to try anything once. I'm not a fan of regular beer. Don't like the wheat after taste.
