Even if he doesn't start much, I hope Red uses him late as pinch runner

Bour has failed off the bench thus far so may as well see if Jake can do anything off the bench

Let Marisnick play CF in the late innings and move Yelich over to 1B.

Realmuto/Bour/Marisnick have been on the transaction list more often than the lineup card.

Yea, getting a little ridiculous.

Realmuto was sent to AA, it was an error earlier when it said AAA

Marisnick is probably up as a showcase for other teams before the deadline.

I really hope not.

He definitely shouldn't be considered untouchable...

I agree, but he should only be moved for someone that will be on this team next year. Marisnick for a rental? For this team? Nah.

Absolutely. If we could fill a hole for several years, and cost effectively, for Marisnick then I'm fine. But it would have to be that kind of perfect scenario.

I agree. They shouldn't be acquiring any rentals.

Love the defense, but just when I thought his bat might come around he struck out about 90% of his at bats.

Yeah I like Marisnick but he's definitely not untouchable and he's not someone I wouldn't part with.

I would have no problems dealing Marisnick. I have doubts he will ever be more than a 4th outfielder anyway.

Come to think of it, Marisnick might be an ideal candidate to deal away. It wouldn't be too hard to sell someone on the idea of them buying low on Marisnick. I'm not saying he has to go and that we should be shopping him like if he's done here but I'd like to think we could get a fair return for him.
