Finally Tim Hardaway will get honored. Soon Glen Rice should be honored as well imo. Sure, he only spent 5 seasons here, but he was a great player for the time being.

I don't think Glen Rice should have his jersey retired. He never carried Miami to/through the playoffs. He didn't make the Heat matter. He was an above average player who was moved because he wasn't a franchise player. The Heat have enough banner clutter. They don't need to add to the list.
