I really like Dietrich and Ozuna, but come on they should be in Jacksonville. Real sad commentary on this damn organization that they, and Fernandez, who should be in Jax as well, are the only ones worth watching on this wretched team. What Loria, Samson and Beinfest have done to this team is criminal. Easily the worst team I've ever seen, and I go back to the Amazin Mets of 62 and even they weren't this hopeless. You easily get the feeling that unless Dietrich or Ozuna, who have to hit 3 and 4 for heavensake, do something, this team will never score. Don't know how anyone can sit and watch them for 9 innings. I know I can't. I didn't. I fell asleep. I gave up watching them the second week. I even cancelled my mlb.tv subscription. I come in here sometimes just to see how miserable other fans are.

Remember this time last year all the bandwagon fans we had in this forum? I look at us today, and no matter how bad things are, at least its nice to share in this forum with the real Marlins fans. Its easy to love a winner, but only real Fish fans with teal in their veins could love this team after what Loria has done to it. It is a pleasure to know all of you and to share every game with you guys. No matter where life takes me and where I end up, I'll always be a Marlins fan, and I'll always look forward to coming here and sharing my thoughts and my feelings about this team with a group of true committed fans such as yourselves. This is the best forum on the net. Go Fish! To each his own. It's my favorite place in MLB to watch a game. Really? The atmosphere was terrible when I went. No one actually seemed to care about the baseball game going on. Hard to believe this is a good time for hardcore baseball fans. As for the stadium itself, I don't find most old, crusty things to be as charming as other people do. I'm more in love with modern, sexier designs.I've lived in chicago for three years now and have gone to a handful of games and you are 100% right. The place is such a dump to the point where it limits the enjoyment of just relaxing and watxhing a game, which is impossible to do there. Totally overrated. That place needs major renovations. Also, as much as I hate the red sox the baseball atmosphere was the exact opposite. Comes to show that even with a historicly old park you can still care about the comfort of your fans.

The Marlins are like that poop you take that when you're done, you're not really done and feel like you have more to go but then nothing comes out and you just have to get up and finish and after you dont feel satisfied. Yeah.

At least we haven't had a 17 game loosing streak like the 1962 Mets. At this point they were in 2 games into that loosing streak. The Marlins, on the other hand, are good for at least 1 win per week. Don't sell this team short, im sure we can muster up a nice losing streak in the teens.

Read the rule. No, runner must reach first with two outs... Consider this, fast runner at 3rd and 2 outs- batter hits a routine ground ball to short stop, runner crosses the plate before the throw to first for the out. Inning over- no walkoff. the game ends immediately when the winning run is scored. right... if the batter doesn't reach first the run is not scored. This is dumb, why im I arguing this.

Hate to say it, but I'm actually rooting against this team now and every win feels like a win for the FO in order to save face. Kinda feel bad about it because its not the players fault, just my hatred for the FO. Another reason might be because I don't feel attached to this team like I have in past years.
