I'm more on the idea that a cracker is a racial slur of the same context.
Same kind of thing. It implies a dumb white person, and I don't think it's ok to use the term casually.

Not at all. You just need to be in a rural area.
The term 'redneck' is a term that is 100% historically attributed to the South. If you're calling someone a redneck in the North, you're misusing the term. Unless they're actually a redneck who moved North, which I'm sure exist in every state.
Possibly, but that particular Southern concept has absolutely permeated areas all across the country. However, I'm one who thinks that redneck is/should be considered a racial slur, and thus not used to describe a person that you disapprove of. Just my two cents.

You can find a redneck anywhere. In all 50 states.
Lies (well true, probably. But not as though a significant amount of rednecks populate every state).
True rednecks though are generally confined to the South and Midwest.

If someone said that just because I'm Scottish I drink far too much.......then they would be correct
That makes me feel much better!

Sort of rooted for the O's when I was young, only because of Cal. Wasn't too serious about it. I hated the Braves more than anything. I saw a Marlins Braves game on TV one afternoon - started rooting for the Marlins and have been doing so ever since.

Isla Fisher FTMFW! So is Rachel McAdams... I have a thing for redheads... Who is that big breasted beauty posted in the pics above? I do not recognize her!
Me too my friend. Nothing better than redheads.

I get Ryan Gosling and the guy from Lady Antebellum a lot. The one I never understand is T-Pain, I don't get it at all.

What if everyone who smuggled for me dropped their pants at the first sign of an Imperial starship? It's not good business.

First, I think morality is an innate trait of humans. Second, I do believe in a creator. Third, if I did not believe in a creator, that does not change my first point. Either our creator made us with this innate trait, or it is a product of evolution.

It's really not though. Or at least as I see it, redneck is less offensive than cracker.
Like I said before though, I completely acknowledge stereotypes. They do derrive from something that is absolutely real. It's why they exist. I just don't apply it to anyone who is eligible to fit that stereotype, because that's not fair.
I also simply don't see how the word redneck is really that offensive.
I guess in my life, I've heard the term used in a hateful way often, and that's why I generally disapprove of it. It is what it is. Like I said, just my opinion.
