time to get rid of Chen - if they have to pay him $21 million regardless, better to have him not on the team than on it and Brinson looks like the second coming of Reggie Kool-Aid Ambercrombie = best to get of him now

that Padres outfield shift is pretty dumb you would expect them to shift that way for left handed hitter, not right handers it could them at least 2 or 3 easy outs and some runs
-
the Mets have very good pitching. Its lights out when they have the lead and bring in Reed and Familia the only criticism I have for this game is that Yelich seemed to be playing too shallow on the first Mets run when Reyes hit it over his head. At normal outfield depth, I think it would have been an easy out.

what sort of money and contract is he looking for or what can he expect to get?
-
yes, I heard him say that and it made no sense so I thought I had just misunderstood him

if they're lucky, they may be able to trade him for a stick of gum, a slightly used jockstrap, and a wet fart

I would like to see Gaby at first again, Lomo back in left, and Coghlan/Petersen platooning in center until Bonifacio gets back, with Kearns off the bench or against lefties
-
that's about right, its going to be hot as ballz through September

announced crowd of 25000 tonight probably would have been around 10,000 in Sun Life for a Monday night against the Pirates with the threatening rain earlier
