1. FYI... The installation is massive, and contains over 1000 bunkers and hangars. It's so big that even representatives of the IAEA had trouble locating it after they had been there already.
2. Careful, FF, your tolerance is showing. 602301 I'm pissed off and hate frucking people today.
3. Who cares? Let Johnny Jihad do whatever the hell he wants to, and say what ever he wants to. I'm not letting a few fruitloops ruin my life. THe announcements themselves have become more powerful weapons than what the attacks themselves would be. I can envision it now, Susie Q. Homaker in Pigsknuckle Arkansas, huddled around a TV in their living room wih her four obese kids, frantic and terrified at some jackass with a camcorder threatnening to blow up something.
4. The simple truth is that no one is able to determine when the weapons went missing as yet. But apparently that hasn't stopped Kerry from accusing Bush and the US Army of negligence. This really pisses me off. It's not enough that Kerry can get some mileage with the adminstration not knowing yet what's going on with the explosives. Instead they have to take it a step further and make completely unsubstantiated accusations. Pandering, that's all it is. And I am starting to believe Bush when he says Kerry will say anything to get elected.
5. He's no different than an entertainer such as Limbaugh or Franken, so why should this type of entertainer bar himself from the political arena. 601711 Then I guess we should all go see Limbaugh and Franken perform rap. Theyre about as qualified to rap as Eminem is to talk about politics.
6. On Clinton's watch: 0. On Bush's watch: countless. It was found 9/11 could have been prevented. The Bush administration was asleep at the wheel. Your point? Meanwhile Bush has been after OBL for what, 3 years now? I guess its hard to find one person when you send your entire army somewhere else in the hunt for oil. None on Clinton's watch? Please. Yeah, 9/11 was found preventable. 9/11 was preventable if Clinton would of got the fat intern out from underneath his desk and lobbed a tomahawk or two at OBL when he had the chance. And your arguement that troops in Iraq were needed to continue the hunt for OBL or or fight in Afghanistan are laughable. But that's ground we covered already.
7. I don't hate him. As a matter of fact I like the music. I like Sean Penn as an actor, too. But that doesn't mean anyone should give them the time of day politically. And it's not the same as Coulter or any of the Dem talking heads on the idiot box. At least they are qualified. Musicians and actors are grossly uneducated cretins.
8. Yeah, I really want an uneducated high school drop out exerting political influence on the children of today b/c he can rap. If Em was anyone else besides a rapper you wouldn't trust him to change your oil. But now he's got some type of social significance? Actors, musicians and the like sould keep their uneducated, out of touch pie holes shut and stop acting like they matter, regardless of where their political allegiances lie.
9. Clinton had umpteen opportuniies to wax OBL but repeatedly balked. How many people did OBL kill as opposed to Zarqawi?
10. Anyone that thinks terrorists fear John Kerry more than GWB are obviously in denial. 601463 Anyone who thinks the terrorists fear anyone at all are obviously in denial... 601470 Osama Yo Mama hasn't been living in caves for three + years because he likes the amenities and finds that dodging Predator drones is good for his kidneys.
11. Interesting that Bill leaped 7 weeks out of surgery into a feisty campaign. I don't know what this speaks more for, Clinton being dedicated to the party or the Kerry camp needed him badly. The only reason Clinton is doing this is for personal reasons. His "wife" has higher political apirations, and I'm sure he has some self-interested motive as well. Besides, after 7 weeks the world's largest ego must be fed.
12. I killed an old lady then raped her dead body. Dont judge me. 601235 Wow...Comin' outta da booth on that one. Talk about taking the gloves off.
13. Any ardent supporters of either candidate out there than can help me muddle my way to a decision? The way I see it Castor is an incompetent, flaming liberal educrat who can't handle running a small university, much less a Senate seat. Martinez, on the other hand, is a bible thumping God-monger who makes neocons look like a bunch of tree-hugging gays planning new taxes on the back of a Greenspeace boat. THoughts? Anyone know if the CPA is running anyone for the seat?
14. This will all work itself out, right? I mean, if by some chance there are 6 undefeated teams at the end of the season, wouldn't it completely defeat the purpose of this stupid computer system?? :mischief2 btw GO CANES!! 601254 God, we can only hope. That is pretty much what it's going to take in order to get rid of the farce that is the entire BCS.
15. You know, there are several periods in American history when this would be considered an act of war. :mischief2
16. Is this a little disturbing? Of course. But I think Tonyi has a point in that this isn't the kind of stuff Johhny Jihad can wire together into a roadsider with a few bucks and a trip to radio shack. He also has a valid point that over a half million pounds of anything is a little hard to move withoout some major (and noticeable) logistics. This stuff was MIA befoe the US had oversight of the area. I'm wondering who told the IAEa/UN to take a coffeee break on watching this site? Anyways, a Tonyi-like story just for fun.... A friend of mine had some training/exposure with this stuff when he was in the service. It's so powerful that it actually "atomizes" human flesh. In theory, if you were standing by someone who got smoked in close proximity to this stuff and you survived, you'd have to be tested for AIDS and other diseases because the explosion would actually blow human matter of those around you into you.
17. Nice, heartwarming story, although in some ways it seems a little exploitive. NOt quite sure what it says about Bush's ability to run the country, if anything. But I'm sure it'll play well with soccer moms.
18. Good to see Billy boy back out there. Im sure some on this board will say unkind things about Clinton. But I doubt they would vote for Kerry anyway. :thumbup 601194 Clinton is a scumbag, hillbilly, lying no good piece of scum. But Clinton was an excellent communicator and has an uncanny ability to create the illusion of empathy with the American public. Kerry, to say the least, has some issues with this. Good move to consolidate the Democratic base. It'll also sway some female undecideds, who for some stupid reason voted disproportionately for Clinton twice despite the fact that he's a lying, cheating no good lout with an apologist, carpetbagging, self interested, meglomaniacal uber-bitch for a wife.
19. Docs are notoriously bad businessmen, and pushing this amendment only further reinforces the stereotype. Anyone who thinks that the insurance industry will magically reduce premiums b/c of malpractice limits is dreaming. There is no way premiums go down. Ever. Insurance companies aren't stupid.
20. THK has gotten alot of ink in women's magazines about her love of accesorizing and the cash she blows on her accesories, which is probably the reason behind the hype. And no, I'm not gay.
21. alright but then why would u tell him he's getting fired now????????? o well 600738 The only explaination I can think of is that the pressure from boosters/alum was so intense that the AD had no choice but to appease them and do it now. No other way it makes sense.
22. Cards are a completely different team at home, as are the Sox on the road. With Schilling done it all comes down to whether or not the Cards can beat Pedro twice in a series.
23. What a cop out. I would expect the "anybody but Bush" arguement to come out from the ignorant mouths of some american voters, but not any self-respecting publication. And I can guarantee you that no political operative with more than dog shitte in his head, regardless of their political affiliation, would trade no less than 4 years of the opposition's white house occupancy for an opportunity to assess thier own party's misgivings. Anyone who stands soley behind the "ABB" aruement is an ignoramous who is too stupid to assess the positive aspects of both candidates and make an educated decision.
24. And those would be the same corporations and executives who paid the most taxes, as well. If you want the rich to stop lobbying and getting tax breaks then stop asking them to pay 90 percent of the nation's taxes. Simple as that. I'm sure if you asked them to pay the same amount as everyne else they'd be more than happy to stop trying to exert their influence.
