Is this a little disturbing? Of course. But I think Tonyi has a point in that this isn't the kind of stuff Johhny Jihad can wire together into a roadsider with a few bucks and a trip to radio shack. A friend of mine had some training/exposure with this stuff when he was in the service. It's so powerful that it actually "atomizes" human flesh. In theory, if you were standing by someone who got smoked in close proximity to this stuff and you survived, you'd have to be tested for AIDS and other diseases because the explosion would actually blow human matter of those around you into you.
