Admin, please remove my registration, totally. I cannot cope with the sub-culture represented by the children herein. Thank you and good luck to you. Arnie, Boynton Beach.

Bye Guys, and Admin
Have tried to post thoughtfully and honestly but I can't relate to your sub-culture. I am out of here. Arnie (Marlins fan)

Doing it the hard way
*To get back on topic* Perhaps a start for Todd Hollandsworth? I would like Hollandsworth in LF,Encarnacion in RF,Lowell at third,Cabs at SS,Conine at first. If we have a nice lead in the late innnings we can substitute Gonzalez and Lee for defensive purposes. Thanks for "back on topic." I get distressed when children herein get distracted arguing whether the Japanese or Germans bombed Pearl Harbor! I like your line-up suggestion. Probably a year away. But, Jack has shown the capacity to surprise.

Doing it the hard way
....it died You are brilliant, too. Watch out for those German bombers over Pearl Harbor. Where are the truancy officers when we need them? Get an education and come back to talk with us.

Doing it the hard way
Four consecutive postings on who bombed Pearl Harbor. Japanese or Germans? Oh my... no wonder... Whatever happened to thread topic?
-
Anyone believe this?
that link is so questionable that there's no way i'd believe it. it was taken from a message board post!! we'd know it if lowell was officially on the block. no dumba$$ devil rays fan would know before us Thanks for the sober posting!

Doing it the hard way
Disappointed with the HATE posters herein. They are losers. Disgusted with the "rah-rah" posters who overwhelmed threads last week and have now disappeared. Let's get it on. Let's play baseball. No excuses, no nonsense. We are in this!

Doing it the hard way
This whole Marlins season has been an exercise in "the hard way." Injuries (beginning with AJ) have taken their toll, etc. But, we hung-in, adapted and achieved. Jack is not giving up. None of our players are giving in. The real Marlins fans are not giving in. If we have to do it the hard way, so be it. Giving in to the irresistible urge to tweak the line-up... I would like to see today Conine at first, Cabs in left, Enc in right and Mike at third.

Trash removed as per your genius
Gave you the personal courtesy notice (as you requested) that I had received a trash response to a posting. You deleted that and my response. Nice how you manipulate this stuff. Better the Monitors should monitor. Somebody should. (And have them check my postings to see if I contribute positively.)

Keeping the faith and small changes for success
I've said for more than two weeks (check the archives!) to move Lee down from the fourth spot. Seems very few of us remember what they said.
-
Can we wait a few weeks?
why is it bad to talk about the future? its not like we are giving up on this year... The past few days we have had over-loaded threads from bandwagoners. Since we lost a game they are quiet. So I posted "Will Jack Return" as a quiet consideration for the real fans. We don't need to argue line-up or anything else. But, we are building toward next year in these quiet moments between games.

Will Jack Return Next Season?
As someone above said, we don't know the Castro criminal complications deal. Yet, so many of us are counting on him. With our heads in the sand.

Will Jack Return Next Season?
After a helluva personal and Marlins team run, I wonder if Jack will return next Season. Team "seems" young and developing but there will, I think, be some changes. A-Gon will be all gone. The highly talented short-stop has not grown in years. He still has trade value. Derrick Lee, the premiere defensive first baseman in all of baseball shows an annoying propensity for delaying his traditional second half offensive rally. He has trade value. Cabrera can play short (unless Lowell is cut loose for financial reasons... a mistake, but possible.) Conine can play first for at least a year. Pudge may not be re-signed unless he accepts a salary discount. (Meanwhile, no one seems to be paying attention to Castro's criminal complications.) And Ozzie... gone to Chicago. Done deal? Or is he being quietly romanced by the Marlins FO? Stove is going to be very hot this winter. Meanwhile, I couldn't be prouder of the team we have on the field right now! And thank you Jack.

"Happy Felton's Knot-Hole Gang"
Had occasion, welcoming BoSox fan to our site, to mention as a Brooklyn Dodger fan my membership in "Happy Felton's Knot-Hole Gang." Fifties. If you knew someone within six blocks that had a TV, he was your "best friend." Show was named "Knot-Hole Gang" because kids still knocked holes in the outfield fence to watch the game. Wasn't that something. We had (and I failed to support) a nice Saturday a.m. (?) kids show with a talented little girl (early teens?) interviewing Marlins players. Extremely well-produced. Is there no market for this? (Can you tell me what the "little girl" is doing now, media-wise. She was good.)
