Why did they pull lomo after one AB but leave everyone else in?? The stadium looks great though.

Some Scoreboard screw ups but I guess that's what these games are for.

The graphics have been all over the place at times.

Although my buddy that works for the team said the estimate of people who attended fanfest was 25 to 30k fans

I was there at 9:45... I left at about 12:30-1 and there was no traffic at all. Let's see tomorrow for the game. I'm leaving work an hour early at 4 to make it to my house in Hialeah by 4:30 to get ready and try to beat the traffic.

I paid $79.99 for the authentic BP jersey. The caps were $30 I believe. Which is a few dollars less than everywhere else.

But I buy at lids. Get a lids club card. I paid $27 each for my two new Miami marlins caps.

There were kiosks everywhere selling gear. All over the place.

I will say some things. Traffic was horrible. Parking situation is a mess. Took us about half an hour to get from the corner of "Marlins Way" and 7th st to the parking garage.... There didn't appear to by any parking in houses.. And the cars that were parked on the side of the road, were getting ticketed. And the parking enforcement officers were even taking pictures of each vehicle and tag for evidence.

As for the green walls, I love them. They're nowhere near as bright In person than they appear in photos. The stadium has come a long way since I was last there for the 11/11/11 event.

A lot of the depth in the images Is captured due to the Nikon speed light SB600 flash that I use on my Dslr. The images have a light form of HDR on them. Not full blown HDR. Just tweaked a tiny bit to darken some areas and light up some other areas. It was tough getting shots with the darkness of the overhang and the brightness of the sun.

I got home a little while ago from fanfest. Let me say, that is the fastest wifi I have EVER used. My iPhone has never loaded faster than at the park. I'm loving the green walls. They're no where near as bright in person as they appear in photos. The skyline view is incredible. The concession stands are great. And there was an insane amount of people there.

I was surprised to see people still working at 9pm on a Saturday night.

A place to get a good "pan con bistec" would be great.

Yea... Lights off while driving is like the tell for a drunk diver. Officers look for people riding without head lights on to check for DUI...

How do you not notice your dash and the road are not lit up? I have no problem with law enforcement. I have never gotten into any trouble. But then again, my family is littered with law enforcement officers, and police dispatchers...lol

I'll be there with my Nikon ready for pictures.

The team definitely needs at least another established arm in the rotation. There's too many questions with health with JJ and Anibal. Plus Ricky and Volstad being so inconsistent, it's way too much that has to go right for this rotation to succeed....

There's already an alehouse nearby. Not that close, but on Miracle Mile. It's not too far, though. But I do believe an Ale House could possibly do pretty good. But if that was the case, they'd probably rent out the space on the stadium front that was mentioned in the article.

Heyman had tweeted that the marlins got Nick Green and JD Martin sometime yesterday afternoon. I had no idea who they were.....lol
