Anyone have a scouting report on the Phillies pitcher?

PHI: RHP Zack Segovia (Major League debut)
Segovia is scheduled to make his debut in the series finale against the Marlins. The right-hander posted a 4.30 ERA in four Grapefruit League appearances, including two starts. He's filling in for Freddy Garcia, who's out while rehabbing from tendinitis in his right biceps.

Guess not much :confused

Phils SP

The 2002 draftee had "Tommy John" surgery and missed all of the 2004 season. His stuff came back in 2006, and he tied for the organizational lead with 16 wins. He also pitched a robust 156 1/3 innings, yielding only 129 hits and 36 walks en route to a 2.82 ERA. He even got in some work in the Arizona Fall League and seems primed to join the other young arms flocking to Philly these days.

Phils give Victorino the day off today. Treanor in for Olivo again. Miguel should be available to pinch hit though.

If you have digital cable, you may want to check around the MLB Extra Innings channels. They are in a free preview and because of confusion over all the snow delays up north and NHL games...blackouts may not happen. Here's hoping that is the case!

But seriously, you may want to try and get a Dish over in JAX. Would make your life easier.
