Graves is pitching well as of late.

Every sucessive start by Willis has been worse than the previous one.

We might be in serious trouble.

Graves' last 2 starts:

May 14th vs St Lous: 9IP 4H 0b 1k

May 20th vs Atlanta: 7.1IP 7h 6er 1bb 1k

in his 9 starts, he has struck out 20 and walked 17..... I guess teams put the ball in play against him.

if Pudge is off tomorrow, I hope Ramon gets the start and can take advantage of this ballpark

Graves' last 2 starts:

May 14th vs St Lous: 9IP 4H 0b 1k

May 20th vs Atlanta: 7.1IP 7h 6er 1bb 1k

yeah, Graves doesn't strike out a lot of people. he relies on his sinker and keeping all his pitches low and on the ground. his last four starts look like this:

7 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 2 BB, 1 K

7.2 IP, 7 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K

9 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 3 K

7.1 IP, 7 H, 6 ER, 1 BB, 1 K

that last start was a lot better than his line indicated. he gave up a lead-off hit and then the walk. Boone pulled him in favor of Scott Sullivan, and Suli's first pitch was jacked for 3 runs.

you guys are lucky, Bob Boone's trying to hand you the game by sitting Sean Casey and Griffey. Casey hits close to 400 agains left-handers. and let's not forget, Casey and Griffey were 70% of the Reds hits last night. so why not sit them to play Wily Mo Pena -_-
