Pitching Probables:

Tuesday: Dontrelle Willis(1-0, 4.91) vs Javier Vazquez(3-2, 3.42)
Wednesday: Carl Pavano(3-4, 3.63) vs Claudio Vargas(1-1, 3.29)
Thursday: Mike Tejera(0-2, 5.56era) vs Livan Hernandez(3-2, 3.73)

it's probably the Hoya speaking, but for some reason, I think 2 of 3 or better for the Fish

How Marlins batter's fare lifetime in the 'Big O':

BLUE=Hates the Big O
RED=Enjoys the Big O
TEAL=Would be in the HOF if all games were played there
Juan Pierre .344 15/44 1triple 3rbi 1sb
Luis Castillo .270 27/100 1double 1triple 7rbi 8sb
Juan Encarnacion .258 8/31 1triple 2hr 7rbi 1sb
Mike Lowell .309 30/97 8doubles 3hr 14rbi
Todd Hollandsworth .333 8/24 4doubles 1hr 3rbi
Alex Gonzalez .326 15/46 3doubles 1hr 3rbi
Derrek Lee .300 27/90 7doubles 6hr 21rbi
*things that caught my eye*
--5 of TH's 8 total hits have been for xtra bases
--DLee loves the Big O, his emergence as a hitter, should begin here.....
--Most of the Marlins love this place, bat's may start hitting again

Should be a great series. Livan and Vargas have really been excellent lately for the Spos. Surprisingly, Javy has been struggling a little but he'll have alot of rest since his last start was Thursday and he only threw like 50 pitches due to rain delays.

Good post Ramp, seems like the Marlins enjoy the big O - maybe we should play half our games there, would anyone notice? :lol

I give us 2, but we need 3 out of this. All our pitchers have been hard luck lately, pitching well enough to win, but not getting the W. I say the offense lights it up and we get 3 - take it away boys....
:rock Give 'em hell....give 'em hell, YEAH...give 'em hell...give 'em hell, YEAH...

Hey D.LEE is now or never and same goes for the rest of Marlins struggling offense.I know expo have been playing well but a sweep is not out question if offense wakes up and starting pitching continues to pitch well.

It's funny, the first couple weeks of the season the offense was great. It was the starting pitching that was bad. Beckett had a bad first start, Burnett couldn't get on track, Pavano started off slow, Vlad Nunez fell to pieces in the bullpen, and Penny's first two starts sucked. Now the starting pitching looks great even with all the injuries, and we can't hit. It's the luck of the Marlins.

I Hope Dontelle pitches well again because we are in a losing streak again and we are in need of a win. We have our hottest starters coming up (Dontelle and Pavano) They have done really well. Lets see if they can win some games For us and go back to .500
