Das I'm guess your pick is the spurs ;)

While the Spurs are hot and picking off the faviorates, like the Mav's early run how long can it last?

The playoff's are long and now with another 2 games added to the first round, it truly test's who's the best team. The Spurs will get into the confrence championship IMO depending what side of the bracket they are on.

The Kings have shown consitency even with injuries to their bench as well as their starter's. In the playoff's it sure help's to have a great bench as well as a feared starting line-up.

It will be The Kings, I know it's the easy pick but have to go with them.

Rune,

You do realize the Spurs have just whipped up on the Kings twice in teh past two weeks....

Winning the season series 3-1.

Bottom line, the Spurs are exhibiting that killer instinct not seen since 1999. They win the close games, they despise losing, and if you look in their eyes, you will see that fire burning deep in their eyes.

Look at the top players for each team....

Chris Webber has had many chances to shine on the big game stage, he has always failed.

Tim Duncan has prospered and is cool and collected under pressure.

Spurs will beat the Kings 4-2.

But will the Kings even get the chance to face the Spurs?

Das,

You hot teams can rarely carry that for long.

All the talk was on The Pacer's before the break, someone does not play up to what they should and the team can fail.

I'd take reliability over what's popular every time.

You spread the King's roster out and you have a balance team, they have Big Men who can do exactly what Tim does and knock the ball on the glass and score, but also have guy's who can shoot on the outside.

Hot teams come and go but how many can keep it up? Answer me that.

Do you remember what the Spurs did in 1999?

Go back and see what they did that year.

They got hot and never looked back.

The Kings are not that great of a team right now....

The Timberwolves and Lakers are playing better ball than the Kings.

The difference between the Pacers and Spurs.....

Overall talent.

Tim Duncan is the best player in this league outside of that guy in LA that wears #34.

The Spurs have not peaked yet even. Look at the games they won on the road and you will see that they won many of those without a certain Admiral in teh middle. Their defense is the best in the league and defense does not get cold for extended periods of times in a 7 game series.

Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili among other Spurs continue to improve day in and day out. That is why they will continue to grow stronger as this season winds down.

And having Tim Duncan doesnt hurt any.

Besides what have the Kings proven in terms of reliability?

I use to love watching the NBA more than any other sports but last three years my intrest level has really dropped off.Well alot has to do because the Heat are down but is not only the Heat.I just don't find the NBA entertaining like in the past.At longest the Lakers remain in the playoffs,I'll cheer for the team playing against the Lakers.

I think Sacramento is going to win it this year. I would like to see Orlando and Lakers in the finals.

The Spurs will end up facing The Lakers in the first round and David Robinson's career will end at the hand of Shaq.

Simple as that, The Spurs will be out in 5 games.
