Why do they keep calling him Renteria?

Yeah. I guess that just proves how incompetent most announcers are.

Who cares about the retarded announcers. Hanley looking smoove on that turn. I'm suprised he didn't clock the guy going back to first in the back of the head. You can tell how much smaller he was as well.

Im sure you all realize that we are witnessing one of the best young shortstops this game has seen. He is to us what Dwyane Wade is to the Heat. You can talk all you want about Reyes in NY, but Hanley will soon show the league who the best SS is. He is a five tool player and Im glad we get to see him grow up in front of us.

"Lots" may be an exagerration, which is commonplace on these boards, but he does need some work. He racks up the errors mostly because he actually tries to make plays. Something I give him extra credit for. Let's not forget that he is just a second year player. You hope a second year guy won't make the same mistakes consistently as he did as a rookie, but it is still a learning experience. I would rather have a guy attempting plays instead of just watching ground balls go past him.
