As we are on the cusp of Roger Clemens reaching 300 wins...

Here is the question.

What pitcher has been the most dominant in MLB history?

Question and please explain.

Nolan Ryan

won 324 games (but he also almost lost 300)
led the NL in ERA twice
led the AL and NL in strikeouts a combined 11 times
all time strikeout leader (but third all time in walks)
threw 7 no-hitters
222 Complete games
61 Shutouts

maybe not the most dominant but i wanted to make a case for him :)
