Yes, but not because of one bad spring training game. We've been worried for a while now.

Owens: 14 ip, 1 run
lindstrom: 13.1 ip, 1 run
Gregg: 11.1, 2 runs
Gardner: 13.1, 0 runs
Messenger: 14.1 ip, 2 runs
Julio: 11.1 ip, 10 runs

ridiculous....Any chance that Freddi Gonzales reverses his decision before opening day?

I watched him yesterday fall flat on his butt while waiting for a chopper. I never heard a stadium laugh so much before in my life.

Saw a quote from him someplace. He says he's working on a couple different things. Let the pessimists have their fun with their childish remarks now.
If he makes it great. If not... Basically I see him as another reclamation project that will give our kids some time to grow and learn.

because it is still ST and as much of a problem as I think he is going to be, it's not fair to start off the meter before it really matters

ah yes, the classic quote to say when you get shelled in ST

"I'm fine; I'm working on all my pitches right now. When we start the season, it will be different."

You are the optimist. Don't want another 11-31 start. Bob, unless he really is just working on something, you will need to buy me more than one round.

If Spring Training meant something, OMGNunez would be on the Hall of Fame ballot
