Cool, that probably means that tomorrow is the Roger Dean Stadium Open House.

I've already got my tickets for March 4 vs. St. Louis. For those of you in attendance on that Sunday afternoon. "Even Littler SoFlaFish" will be the Honorary Bat Kid. We'll be on the field for BP and the National Anthem! Looking very forward to it. So prepare to see a 3-year old boy with some good "pop" in his bat (he is already hitting liners past the third base bag from off a tee!) in his Marlins gear.

I love when Spring tickets go on sale -- first baseball-related activity of the year. A good baseball crowd always gathers in Abacoa on this day. I'll be there in a few minutes myself... the weather is beautiful outside.

Have fun!

I bet the Marlins/Cards games are going to be sold out very soon.

We'll see. I know the Red Sox game will sell out instantly, as usual.

I got the Orioles' spring training ticket order form the other day. I'll be at two of their games against the Marlins. I think they play them three times.

I checked the Sox/Marlins game on ticketmaster and the best avail seating for two is - Secton :201 Row: 12. Yikes.

We were there. Got tickets to the Home Opener on the 1st. 12 of them. Hung around and watched some of the tryouts for the National Anthem. Nice crowd there and even saw some friends that came up from Ft Lauderdale. You are right, it was a beautiful morning.
Funny thing. We were talking to a couple retirees behind us in line. When we left there and went to this little mom and pop diner for lunch around the corner from where we live in Greenacres there they were. Never saw them before to my knowledge.
One thing I did notice when I looked over the schedule. We have a 7:05 game at Dodgertown. I have no idea why but I have never been there for a game. We are going to make this one before they move to Arizona.

Is it best to get tickets in advance or go the day of the game? There are a few extra games I want to go to (Not Sox or Cards)- So- Advance or gameday?

are the tix in ST cheaper in advance, like during the regular season? I would think you'd be able to get better tickets in advance..and you wouldn't have to wait in line.

Tickets cost the same whether in advance or game day. Also, unless they're playing the Red Sox or Yankees, you'll always be able to get Marlins tickets on game day.

Not more expensive. That idea hasn't trickled down yet. I'm not even real sure how they came up with the "Premium" games. They have 7 this year. A couple vs the Dodgers, a couple vs the Mets, and 1 each for the Orioles, BoSox, and the Cards.
