TSwift25
After today's debacle, he better be put on waivers...he has no place on our team, let Mordecai catch for all I care.

rferry
Who would take him? Carolina Mudcats More like Greensboro. He fits right in with the K club.
NC_Marlin
He's cheap and has "potential," someone will take him on waviers. Given that I think we have to hold on to him atleast a little while longer and look for a trade. The reality is that we're in first place and doing OK with him, so we can afford to wait. I don't see why we can't bring a C up from the farm and send Sutton down. We did alright with 3 Cs last year. I think the sentiment that if we put him on waviers and he's claimed then we haven't lost much is accurate, but it makes no sense to give him away if there's any possability of moving him in a trade. He has the potential to do what? Hit .240? We could see a .60 point increase in his ba and he would still suck ass. At least gonzalez makes up for his hitting with outstanding defense. Castro sucks ass in every phase of the game.
FreshFish
I wouldn't be dissapointed if I don't ever see Castro in a Marlins uniform. He sucks. I honestly thought that .250 BA and 60 RBIs were a possibility. oh well. Send Sutton down and bring a 3rd Catcher so at least you can pinch hit for Castro on key situations. CyggyMarlin
As long as Castro is gone, I dont care how he goes
marlingirl
I agree with everything that's been said here... and I'd like to bring up something Juanky said today at the game -- that he sucks at calling a game.

Stag5
I think we try to trade him and if no takers we try to pass him through waivers in order to get him to AAA. Let's be honest, he is better than this. He needs time away to get his head straight and learn to put the bat on the ball again.
83Gator
If we put him on waivers, I hope he is claimed by another team. I'd rather not have to pay him his $400,000 major league salary at AAA. He's never going to contribute to the Marlins. Might as well get him out of here.
PBMarlin
He has to be sent down to the minors. There is no way we can keep him on the team and have any hope for being successful in the playoffs.
TSwift25
I'd gladly pay his contract if he played like this for another team
