But it is still a threat to the United States anyways. Does there have to be a concrete reason if we are being threatened?

It is like saying oh China exports goods to us but they want to kill us. Lets give them a chance....

How is this an unproven source?

"After Sept. 11, 2001, and before the start of the military operation in Iraq, the Russian special services, the intelligence service, received information that officials from Saddam's regime were preparing terrorist attacks in the United States and outside it against the U.S. military and other interests," Putin said.

Putin said... :mischief2

it would be nice if Bush were to actually speak the truth once in his life.

then more people might actually respect him.

if he were to have come out and said that we have reports that Iraq is planning an attack against us...it would fo been one thing..

he didnt.

Truth is ALWAYS the first casualty in wartime. You have just admitted that Bush Lied?????

*beeeeeehhhh* wrong answer.

Only because Bush Sr. was trying to kill him.

Help me out here - what exactly are you saying? That Saddam may indeed have been planning attacks as revenge? REJECTED by Tonyi....

*dingding....100 points for Tonyi*

Truth is ALWAYS the first casualty in wartime.

You have just admitted that Bush Lied????? He's a pol - therefore its axiomatic that he lies.

Why would you find this suprising? Every US president since Washington has been caught bending the truth to suit their particular purposes. It is true all politicians lie, this is why it is our duty as citizens to hold them accountable for lying to us... Not let it go as if it was acceptable. It is not acceptable that we let a President get away with a lie that has killed thousands of people including our own... NO SIR!
