PhishPhan
There is a special level of futility to be able to miss 3 pats in one game. You make one of the two you miss in regulation, you have one of the biggest upsets in your school's history. You make the one in OT you give you team a chance to continue the game. Anyway, I found a rather humorous article in light of what happen. LSU Game May Decide OSU Kicker Some quotes: LSU game might decide OSU's kicker The battle between Alexis Serna and John Dailey probably will hinge on who performs the best At 5-foot-7, 157 pounds, Serna figured his best shot at making it in college sports was as a kicker, and he walked on at OSU. "I thought I had a better chance in football," Serna said. "I didn't get that many looks in soccer." Think he made a good decision walking on? You think OSU is happy they took him?
miami15
That is so sad. That kid looked devastated. I felt awful when watching that.
TarHeel324
what a joke that guy is. the worst part is OSUs coach sent him out there for the PAT in OT, how could he trust him with the game?

Apparently they had a second kicker on the sidelines. They were better off going for 2 and the win than for 1.
Maxx
Supposedly the coach was trying to call a timeout in order to go for 2.
PhishPhan
Supposedly the coach was trying to call a timeout in order to go for 2. 543699[/snapback] I saw last night that the coach was running up and down the sidelines trying to call a time out, but in the ncaa this year coaches are not allowed to call timeouts. bman8316
I cant belive that they couldnt find one other person on the sideline to kick the PAT in OT, this could have been one of the biggest wins in OSU's school history.
Guest Fritz
That kid needs his scholarship revoked. Anyone named Alexis shouldn't play football anyway.
