If a juvenile committs murder should he/she be tried as an adult where they have no chance at rehabilitation. I feel like they should be in Juvenile courts until they are of age to serve time in the adult jails.

Depends on the crime.

yea I hear ya but see take into consideration also that some of these juveniles that committ serious crimes are a product of broken homes, I am not giving them a reason to do what they do but it's not their fault that some of them are living in poor living conditions, So to me it depends on their living conditions.

Depends on the mental state/maturity of the offender. This is way too difficult of an issue to use such generalities and needs to be handled on a case by case basis. Anyway, shouldn't this be in "The Bullpen"?

should it?! if so then I reckon it should be moved

Yes.

I feel it depends on the circumstance on the murder. If the juvenile were to kill someone just to do it, say if they were in the gang or something like that, then I feel that they should serve time in Juvenile Detention and then serve time as an adult or be tried as an adult.

Now if the murder was done on self defence or wasn't intentenally done, then they should not be considered to be tried as an adult and serve time in Juvenile Detention.
