RossInfoMan Posted September 16, 2004 Share Posted September 16, 2004 They better get it done before he leaves office for two reasons: first, to have it ready as close to 2007 as possible, and more importantly, because if Morales wins the election, he will kill the deal as he is adamantly oppsed to using public money for a stadium.
