It seems his wife has been doing well in her recovery from cancer. That is good news.

Any thoughts on what this does to the Packers? Should he have retired?

Should've retired. Both of his starting guards are gone and he'll probably throw away as many games as he'll win. Then again, the media will suck him off because it's possible it's his "farewell tour".

Not true at all. See: The Passion's post.

I think he's turned into a product of the system in recent years. Javon Walker, Donald Driver, Bubba Franks, an amazing OL, and Ahman Green really help his cause. Also, some of the mistakes he makes are mistakes that even a rookie shouldn't make. Then again, he's probably one of the most exciting QBs in the league this side of Michael Vick so you gotta take the good (very good) with the bad (horrible). I'm just tired of the media fellating him like they do. Back in the late 90s it wasn't nearly this annoying. Then again, media worship isn't his fault so whatever.
