Craig
I'm a White Sox fan, but I do root for the Marlins as well, so I'll take the bait. Simple answer to this one, SEE: 2003 NLCS, The
-Miami Fan-
I was brought up a Dolphins fan when I was like 6 or 7 and then several years later I started to watch baseball and the Marlins were still fairly new and I believe that one of my relatives bought me a Marlins hat on accident, but it kinda stuck. Ever since then I've been rooting for them. I love Marlins baseball, especially because I get MLB.TV on my computer in the summer months! I think I'm about the only Marlin fan within a 100 mile ratio of me. BTW, I'm 16 years old and live in central Illinois So while everyone argues about who is the best, Cards, Cubs or, White Sox I select none of the above, haha. I don't mind the Cards or Sox, but I hate the Cubbies with a passion.

mazmarlins
I never really watched baseball till October 2003,but as I sat there watching the fish play the Yanks...that was it.I was hooked.Their team chemistry, heart and pure love of the game just drew me in and I have been a Marlins fan ever since. Always will be!
MarlinsMY
The Portland Sea Dogs started as the AA team of the Marlins. I then naturally became a Marlins fan by following the players. Unfortunately, the Sea Dogs became the Red Sox affiliate, so I am no longer a fan/season ticket holder.
Dodge
I used to see the occasional Braves game on TBS. One night they were playing the Marlins, and, not wanting to be like everyone else in the Southeast, I rooted against the Braves. I became a Marlins fan by default and am now very passionate.
