PBMarlin
1. J. Pierre, CF 2. L. Castillo, 2B 3. M. Cabrera, LF 4. C. Delgado, 1B 5. M. Lowell, 3B 6. P. Lo Duca, C 7. J. Conine, RF 8. L. Harris, DH 9. A. Gonzalez, SS For all you Jeff Conine fans he gets his chance today in RF, and Lenny is inserted to "spark" the offense. This is a good opportunity for Jeff with Encarnacion having a tough time at the plate the last few games. And you know Jack loves to insert Lenny when the offense needs to be jump started. I would have rather seen Dillon or Easley get a few ABs, but I suppose it's always possible for Jack to bring them in later in the game. WildMarlinMan2003
Conine needs hits though- not just walks.
rferry
That makes little sense. We've had as much of a problem creating RISP opportunities as we have converting them.
Hotcorner
Conine needs hits though- not just walks. 816841[/snapback] true enough, though I'd have taken walks from Enc's at-bats lately...
