Marlinsfansince1993 Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Hi everybody I'm new to this board my name is Lanfranco Piloto my nickname is Lanky just to call me that or whatever you want to call me anyway I'm a Florida Marlins fan since Monday April 5th 1993 when the Marlins is born and Charlie Hough came to pitch with this new club at the time and for the Dodgers Orel Hershiser any Dodgers fan here?and Marlins players like Scott Pose Bret Barberie Junior Felix Orestes Destrade Dave Magadan Benito Santiago Jeff Conine of course Walt Weiss and the rest who play there at the beginning(not Gary Sheffield yet) it was a fun time as a kid seeing Florida baseball for the first time and also I'm a baseball freak and a baseball expert meaning getting the facts straight and telling you about everything about Baseball past present and possibly the future meaning the predictions and also everything you want to know about of course I do made mistakes too everybody make mistakes while the facts is wrong well that's enough of me and the truth is that I'm not good at playing Baseball because I honestly suck but I just love the game of Baseball and I just love the sport I love since I was born.
