Flag Man
Sorry... don't know how to Link this stuff. Maybe someone will do it. In Yahoo Sports today, HOF Ryne Sandberg ranks all the teams. Top Nine: Cards, ChiSox, Red Sox, Braves, Angels, Athletics, Yankees, Astros, Indians. #10 is Marlins. He notes our .278 team batting average is the best. (He didn't note that a third of our best hitters are on the bench.) Among losers, #30 is the Rockies, "the worst team in baseball." God, what did we just do? Or didn't do? HolycrapIlovetheMarlins
I'll tell you what we did..... Jack put De "Loss" Santos in. I know he really did not have a choice, but all that guy does is give up runs. Game one was the one to win with "Airmail" Valdez pitching game two. Frustrating man, frustrating. The other thing that is getting to me is the attitude of this team. That piss poor attitude resurfaced in Denver. It looked like they were feeling sorry for themselves because they didn't have an off day or something. I hope they can pick it up during this homestand. Any news on the status Delgado, Lo Duca, and Enc???

legacyofCangelosi
Why is everyone blaming the pitching? Big time hitters park and we only put up 6 runs. The pitchers did ok considering.
