I decided to look at that TEAM ERA's for all the Major league ballclubs over the last 30 days and I was somewhat surprised to find the Marlins at #1 on that list.

it shouldn't be that surprising with the fact that the club threw three shutouts last week and the pitching staff has been amazing!!!

most surprisingly is that the Houston's team ERA isn't far behind and we still managed to gain significant ground on them

not suprising we gained ground on houston, they cant score runs for there life

Yeah, we think our offense has problems, Houston is in the same boat and I feel like our offense will play better if we get some September call-ups.

Of the wild card contenders, noone has had an explosive offense as of late. Philly is the only team I would just assume were scoring runs at will but they have not been.

Now if the offense can continue to produce the rest of the way....we should be in good shape. Watch out Atlanta!
