One of the many lessons that first-year Florida manager Joe Girardi is trying to impress upon his youthful Marlins is how to approach hitting with runners in scoring position.

The Marlins showed signs on Tuesday night that they might actually be listening. In its victory on Tuesday night over the Reds, Florida went 6-for-17 with runners in scoring position. The win gives Florida a chance to win its first series of the season today when the two teams meet in the rubber match of their three-game series at Great American Ball Park.

"We talk to the guys about how they're going to have to improve in that [situation]," Girardi said. "We tell them that they have to remember that the pressure is on [the other team], not on you. It's important to get your pitch and do something with it."

The Marlins lost each of their first four series of the season, but they'll have their ace, Dontrelle Willis, starting in the finale.

Pitching matchup

FLA: LHP Dontrelle Willis (1-0, 1.93 ERA)

The Reds have found Willis virtually unsolvable. He is 4-0 with a 0.97 ERA in five career starts, including 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA at Great American Ball Park.

CIN: RHP Aaron Harang (2-1, 5.30 ERA)

Harang's start will be his first at Great American Ball Park since he allowed nine hits and six earned runs in five innings on Opening Day.

Player to watch

Josh Willingham leads Florida with 12 RBIs and is tied for the team lead with three home runs. His .667 slugging percentage is also tops on the Marlins.

Few Reds have experienced a great deal of success against Willis. Ryan Freel has done the best job, batting .308 (4-for-13) with two doubles in previous meetings.

On the Internet

MLB.TV

Gameday Audio

? Gameday

? Official game notes

On television

? Fox Sports Net Florida

On radio

? WQAM (560 AM), WQBA (1140 AM) (Espa?ol)

Other things to look for:

?Dontrelle Willis is most famous for: being the first Dontrelle in the major leagues

?Aaron Harang is most famous for: having the nickname of Harangutan(like the monkey)

?If Reggie Abercrombie gets 2 hits and 2 rbi in a game and no one actually sees it, did it really happen?

?This is the Reds we're talking about here

?Will Mike Jacobs snap out of his little funk? Im predicting atleast 7 total bases

?Will the DTrain make the case for himself for 5th hitter in the lineup?

?Can the Marlins win their first series of the year?

?Seriously guys, the Reds!

All this and sooooo much more, tonight as the Florida Marlins take on the Cincinnati Reds live live LIVE at the Great American Ball Park

Train will carry us to the win. I wish I could watch the game, but I'll be listening. Any game Dontrelle starts I am there baby.

Finally a game on t.v. I get home from class at 12:30pm so its all good.

Question:For out-of-towners is there anywhere on the internet where I can listen to the Marlins game live? MLB.com gameday is really slow and I'd love to at least hear some of the action. Thanks for any information!

You can get MLB.tv or the Audio from mlb.com

I think the Audio is only like $15 for the year while MLB.tv is $80. If you plan on following a lot of Marlins games I would suggest MLB.tv. I've gotten it the last three years and it is definitely worth the price. Plus they have improved the quality biiiig time.
