How do I get rid of this stupid thing?

 

 

 

I'm tired of listening to it's commercials and if I move the mouse over it, the stupid thing opens up a commercial in a window.

I hate that crap, there are programs that you can purchase that get rid of em. I know Admin knows some.

To be honest, I have no idea who's on the "Buddies" list. All the people I talk to are placed into custom categories. But your assumption remains true. I'd say I know most of the people on my buddy list in person.

I use version 4.8, it has all the useful features without any of the fluff they have now. Plus it's not as much of a resource hog.
