QuickGold
He really fuged it up badly. You can tell he was hurt because after trying to make the catch, he immediatley dropped his glove and looked like he had no use of that hand.
Mauer7
saw that...he had a consecutive game streak of like 750 going...the yanks are already interested in acquiring Torii Hunter.
Fishfan79
and the rumors of them trading for miggy have already begun :rolls I think they end up snagging Reggie Sanders from KC to replace him and Sheff.
catchoftheday
sucks for his streak and the best hitter that team has because of his consistency
The_Punisher
Saw on ESPN. Poor green giant. Hope he gets better. Should give Melky Cabrera more playing time though.

Ralph
I think they will call up Carlos Pena put him at DH. Look for their line up to looks something like this... Damon, Jeter, Giambi, A-Rod, Pena, Posada, Cano, Williams, Cabrera / Crosby / trade

Bryan
Do the Yankees even have anything left to trade to get somebody to replace him? They give instant salary relief to any team. Funny. The Yankees have the most to trade this year, than any of the past 5.

The Yankees have the most to trade this year, than any of the past 5. It wasn't meant to be a joke. It's exactly what they give. They can't match talent in a trade for a guy like Torrii Hunter, but they can take on his contract, which will make it appealling to the Twins even though they aren't getting the trade value in return. Pena is a lefty. An inconsistent one, but he is a lefty.
