Ramp
MarlinMan said: Ramp and whoever predicted their stats....we will not have four 100 RBI guys! What are some of you thinking? We dont have much power or great hitters, we wont be scoring 159,398,387 runs this year to get all of those RBIs. Here are my RBI totals: Luis Castillo .314 2hr 35rbi 62sb Juan Pierre .294 0hr 33rbi 56sb Pudge .317 31hr 113rbi 4sb DLee .288 41hr 109rbi 12sb Mike Lowell .284 25hr 105rbi 1sb Juan Encarnacion .297 39hr 103rbi 36sb Todd Hollandsworth .274 13hr 71rbi 17sb Alex Gonzalez .243 9hr 56rbi 7sb Marlins total RBI last year:699 Marlins RBI above: 625 my RBI total arent that far off...... and for the record, there is also a study that says we should have a higher team batting average this year so we should score more runs ...until i saw that you predicted us to have 5 gold glovers!has a team ever had 3 in 1 year, let alone 5? 2002: St Louis Cards- Vina, Renteria, Rolen, Edmonds 2001: St Louis Cards- Vina, Rolen, Edmonds 1994: San Francisco Giants-Bonds, Matt Williams, Darren Lewis

Hotcorner
ok Mr. Texan, if you think Penny's only going to go 13-9 with a 3.79 ERA (which I think is a good guess), then why were you against that proposed Bartolo Colon trade because we'd lose Penny in the deal? hmmm? :mischief2
Das Texan
the 13-9 is going to be attributed to lack of scoring more than anything.... 3.79 ERA is not bad.... I think it would be lower if all things go well....I guess I should of factored in defense more than I did...if I do, it should be lower.... win/loss is not a telling factor of how good a pitcher actually is. colon...well just wait and see. MarlinRule910
DurableTear's Predictions :mischief2 That was perfect. Now i don't even have to write my predictions. You wrote them for me! I agree with everything you wrote, especially with Redman and Encarnacion. They will be the break-out players of the yera not only for us, but all of baseball.
