EndLine
I remember booing at Jay Powell when I was like 8 so I'll go with him.
louiecastillo1
I remember booing at Jay Powell when I was like 8 so I'll go with him. Atleast Powell got some key outs in the world series. I rank Julio at #1 and Matt Perisho a close second.

strandedx02
I remember booing at Jay Powell when I was like 8 so I'll go with him. Atleast Powell got some key outs in the world series. I rank Julio at #1 and Matt Perisho a close second. I think I have subconsciously blocked out any memory of Perisho's appearances. He was a disaster waiting to happen pretty much every night. FutureGM
Armando Almanza anyone? Darren Oliver gets second place, followed by Perisho.
TSwift25
Vladimir Nunez also deserves a mention.

farmer_fran
Armando Almanza was quite a bit worse than Perisho. Darren Oliver would probably be the worst in my mind.
pierremvp1
It's way too early to put Julio on this list. He would have to pitch at least 30 innings to get on an all-time list. My vote goes to Yorkis Perez. David Weathers gets dishonorable mention.
MarlinFan10
While I doubt he can be called the worst, I always used to get so mad at Armando Almanza. He did have some good outings though. You can't call Nate Bump the worst pitcher in Marlin pitcher history like many of you guys are. He was solid for a lot of 2003 during the playoff hunt.
