True, I don't see the same amount of flags anymore.....especially on cars. In my neighborhood, several of us have flown flags everyday (before and after.) Even have a light on mine, so no need for it to ever be taken down (except for new ones of course.)

 

PSA time. Always remember that a flag must be disposed of properly. Your local V.F.W. can do that for you (and I think the Scouts use to do it too.)
