Are we gonna do the same thing as this year but with the '03 team? Anyone know? What would everyone like to see? I would love to see it though it would get really old.

I doubt we do a major 5 year anniversary

why would we? this season is built to celebrate a 10th year ann. team not everyteam that won the w.s.

and we dont play the yankees so when would we celebrate?

i was thinking that she meant this year. this year it wouldnt make sense to celebrate the 03 team. maybe in 5 years.

The Yankees will probably be playing in South Florida in 2009, I believe.

Correct. The NL East and AL East play each other in interleague play every 3 years. In 2006 (last year), we played the Yankees in the bronx. So in 2009 they will make the trip to South Florida.

not sure if it makes sense to have a 6th anniversary.

I mean next year.

That's what I figured you were talking about. I can see them doing it. This celebration worked out fine. Actually, alot better than fine. It was a great time. Would have loved winning the series but it was one of the most fun series to attend so far this year. We didn't get the chance to do a 5 year celebration in '02. Most likely because of the ownership change over and it coming so late. Heck, we didn't even have programs that year.
