Looks like Miggy Cabs has a new fan base going around. I have found that a lot of teenage girls are going ga-ga over him. I was at my 12 year old cousin's bday party last night. I was wearing my Marlins t-shirt and her friends were like, "Hey, who's your favorite player?" I told them that I like Pudge b/c he's cool and a kick a** of a player.

 

They seemed interested, but this little girl...she was loud-mouthed and kinda bossy of the bunch. She kinda reminded me of Lacienaga from The Proud Family. She said to me, "Nu uh! We like Miguel Cabrera!" All the girls were like, "He's so cuuute!"

 

I couldn't help but laugh. It was pretty funny. Next thing you know, girls will have Miggy's picture up in their lockers and showing up at games holding up signs to get Migg's attention.

well i have to admit that at first i was kinda struck by his hotness myself, which is odd because i have never ever had a "crush" on anyone famous or even semi-famous before. when i found out he was married and had a kid, however, i quickly got over that. it would still be amazingly cool if i met him.

 

also a lot of young girls who come to the sports shop ask me if we have any miguel cabrera shirts and i laugh and say no but i feel your pain. i'd rather want a Pudge or Lowell shirt though

Well, yea, I admit, he's cute. But what do you expect? Of course he's gonna get noticed for that. LOL

 

I guess the reason why I posted that was because it reminded me of my teenage days when I had a huuuuge crush on celebs (I still do....but it's okay ) and how fast Miggs has become popular around here.

As I've been watching the Marlins more and more I began to notice Cabrera, if you know me you know I'm a huge fan of Magglio Ordonez and Cabrera reminds me of Maggs. From the same country, play the outfield and good hitters, oh and they're both really cute!

actually i heard Ana was a very good tennis player at first, in fact i think she was ranked in the top 10 at one point and got into a wimbeldon semifinal. i guess she got distracted by all the modeling s***.

I once got a marriage proposal after i beat 3 guys at pool (i have the ability to use both my right and left hand in pool so that might have had something to do with it lol). I got another marriage proposal when a guy saw me take a slapshot while playing some hockey. other guys (like my ex *cough cough*) don't like the fact that i can play sports because it makes them feel inferior. *sigh* the male ego is such a fragile thing.
