Posted September 22, 200717 yr comment_949210 This was done after I posted the picture of the guy/girl jumping off The Golden Gate in the Barry Bonds thread. I don't know if anyone has seen the movie but I highly recommend it. It's a documentary about the 100's of people who commit suicide off the bridge every year and it really is haunting as the filmmaker shows every suicide and the interviews of the families. I did not realize people committed suicide there on such a massive scale so it's pretty mind blowing, especcially when you consider the filmmaker was there to document these suicides without flinching and trying to stop these people. September 25, 200717 yr comment_949211 I watched it online today. It was so crazy to see people actually fall to their death and how it was all on tape. Very well done and creepy. The guy that survived was so interesting because someone is actually alive to tell what must be going through one's mind in the state of falling 4,000 feet. The guy they saved for last was sad as well since he kept pacing around and I felt like I knew so much about him. I never knew/thought the Golden Gate Bridge was the most common place in the world to do it but now I'm always gonna associate it with that :confused Anyway, I'd recommend it when you're in the mood for a documentary.
