Upper Deck Seats

Featured Replies

I know this is not a big deal, but I just noticed today that when they showed the stadium from overhead with the seats empty that certain seats are somehow a different lighter color such they spell out "world series" from first to third in the upper deck with the mlb logo in the middle. Does anyone know how they did that? Im just asking because I couldnt figure it out, they couldnt have painted the seats and it wasnt superimposed by computer or anything.

It could be superimposed by computer imagery by the blimp/FOX crew. They have a way of doing it for NASCAR too.

Thats what I thought at first, but I saw it while watching the helicopter shot from the local news (NBC6).

Could be the seats have been cleaned and buffed more than the others to reflect the light and stand out more.

THey had given cards to people in those seats with instructions on how to do it....so it was done with people holding up cards! Very impressive, I must say. At the very least, it showed the world that people and Miam  i could follow instructions!!

How awesome would that be to be the person who won the WS tix for life? I know that if I would have dragged my a** to Radio Shaq (whos in charge of spelling around here?) to get a card I would've won. The chiba wins again.
