I'm just glad that Cena, HHH or HBK didnt win the Rumble. I really like CM Punk cutting promos in between throwing people out. I would have liked it if he stayed longer to build him up.

HBK and UT are supposed to take a break after wrestlemania. I could see the undertaker losing his title before wrestlemania. It'll be interesting to see what they do.

Jack Brisco passed away following complications from heart surgery. He was 68.

Taker will either drop the title at Elimination Chamber or at Backlash. He's hurting bad and, yeah, he's taking a break and might even need hip replacement if he doesn't retire.

 

The fact is that Taker-HBK doesn't need the title on the line to sell it. The match at Mania 25 was awesome and a lot of people would like to see it again. That match and the likes of Bret-Vince (if the storyline is built right) should get the buyrates by themselves allowing the likes of Edge-Jericho and Triple H-Sheamus for the titles.

 

Seeing as how Taker told HBK on Raw that the only way he would get the match is by winning the Rumble... Michaels is clearly going to have really piss off Taker to get the match. It seems to make sense that, somehow, HBK will cost Taker the title before Mania.

TONIGHT: “Denny Crane�! He may be Captain Kirk to most people, but to me, William Shatner will always be the pompous rainmaker from “Boston Legal.� And he’s hosting Raw tonight. Also, Bret Hart returns…..again. Vince McMahon invited him back, so we’ll get some interaction between those two. Also, will Shawn Michaels have a complete breakdown following his failure to win the Royal Rumble? What about the returning Edge? Does he make an appearance on Raw tonight to check out the possibility of facing the WWE Champion? And will tonight be the night Maryse and Gail Kim go at it for the Divas Title?

-Tonight, Bret Hart confronts Vince McMahon; we got the graphic of that before they even did the requisite crowd shots.

 

-Also, William Shatner is in charge of Raw tonight.

 

-Justin Roberts introduced the 2010 Royal Rumble winner, Edge. Hard to gauge the reaction with his music and the announcers talking. He stood in the middle of the ring with a mic. Mixed reaction from the fans. “I’m baaack!� He said he wasn’t just back in a WWE ring and in front of all the fans, but he’s back in the main event of Wrestlemania. We got a little history lesson, as Edge took us back to six months ago, when his injury occurred when he was teaming with Chris Jericho as the Unified Tag Champions. He said that about seven weeks ago, he watched the Slammy Awards and saw Chris Jericho thank him for getting hurt so he could team with the Big Show. Edge said he saw Jericho making light of his injury and the room got very silent. Edge said the room didn’t get silent because Dennis Miller bombed with another joke, but it was because he made a vow- he has missed two Wrestlemanias due to injury, and he wasn’t about to miss a third. He said he was the ultimate opportunist and promised himself that he’d prove the doctors wrong and rehab harder than he ever has before. Seven weeks later, Jericho has a Slammy Award, and his mugshot on TMZ. If they’re going to reference that, maybe they should explain it. Meanwhile, he has his shot at Wrestlemania. That means he can face any champion he wants. He said that two years ago, he faced Undertaker in the main event and lost. But this year, unlike Shawn Michaels, if he wants the Dead Man, he can have him. But would the smart thing be going after the guy who is 17-0 at Wrestlemania….or the guy who hasn’t even participated in a Wrestlemania? Edge said he could decide tonight, or decide after the Elimination Chamber PPV. He said that this year, the Rated R Superstar will headline Wrestlemania. Still not sure about where his character stands as far as face or heel. Oh, as Edge’s music played him out, Sheamus’ interrupted.

 

Sheamus said that Edge hasn’t been back five seconds and he’s already mouthing off. Sheamus said a lot has changed and Edge said he’s right: Raw has been taken over by an evil Ronald McDonald. Sheamus said he did something Edge couldn’t, that being beating John Cena for the WWE Title. Edge said he made a career out of beating Cena for the WWE Title and he’s beaten Orton too, just like Sheamus did last night. Sheamus said he’d walk out of the Elimination Chamber still WWE Champion. He said if he can beat Cena and Orton, he won’t break a sweat beating Edge. He told Edge to run off to Smackdown because he doesn’t want to ruin his Rumble moment by ripping his head off. Edge didn’t oblige, instead, he went nose-to-nose with Sheamus as the Irishman threatened to put him on the shelf for good. Sheamus took a shot at Edge with the microphone, then clotheslined him down. Pump Kick missed, and Edge landed a double-leg take-down and pounded away. He set up for the Spear as the crowd was firmly behind him. Spear took Sheamus down as Edge’s music played. They showed a replay of how the battle got started, and what happened after Sheamus fired the first shot.

 

-They showed the exterior of Nashville, Tennessee, where Raw was emanating from this week.

 

-A video package aired on the Elimination Chamber.

 

-Jerry Lawler said that all the matches tonight would be Elimination Chamber qualifying matches. They showed John Cena walking backstage- his match is next.

(1) John Cena vs. Cody Rhodes – Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match

They plugged Stacy Keibler on Psych this coming week, after talking about the record ratings that were set when Cena guest-starred. Does anyone think Cody has a modicum of a chance in this one? Side Russian leg sweep got a two-count for Cody. It was all Rhodes in the early going, but none of his numerous pin attempts were successful. Cena made his patented comeback only a little more than a minute in. Rhodes battled out of an Attitude Adjustment and hit a short-arm clothesline. Moonsault by Rhodes found the mark, but Cena kicked out at two. Out of nowhere, Cena picked Rhodes up for the Attitude Adjustment, landed it, and won his spot in the Chamber.

 

Winner: Cena, at 2:53. The result in this one was purely academic. It was probably good that Cena put Rhodes away with ease, really.

 

-They showed a video package on the Montreal Screwjob, so fans were up to date with why Bret and Vince have so many bitter feelings.

 

-Vince McMahon was walking backstage when he was approached by Josh Mathews. Mathews asked Vince if he has seen Bret tonight. Vince said he hasn’t and no one will, because he doubts very seriously that Bret will show up. McMahon walked into an office, turned around quickly and said, “what a surprise.� The camera was on Vince while he berated the Canadian for barging into his office. We were supposed to think it was Bret, but of course, it was William Shatner. Big pop for the reveal. Shatner said as a Canadian and a fan of WWE, he can’t wait until Bret Hart embarrasses Vince tonight. Then he walked away. It kinda cracks me up that a guy like Shatner, who has done almost everything in the entertainment business, is being given lines and is being produced by guys who only wish they could do 1/20th of what he’s done in his career.

(2) Jack Swagger vs. Triple H – Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match

Lawler explained that Swagger injured Santino last week on Raw, causing Marella to miss the Rumble. Swagger took Triple H to the ground and rolled around a bit to show off his amateur credentials. Swagger even did push-ups as Hunter got to his feet. That went over about as well as a fart in church, as Hunter retaliated with a high knee. He clotheslined Swagger over the top rope. They went to break about a minute into the match.

Back live with Triple H getting a boot up in the corner on a Swagger charge. Swagger came back with a float-over DDT for a near-fall. Cole said, “If Triple H can somehow win this match….� I mean, come on. Swagger was escorted over the top rope and to the outside by Triple H. Powerslam by Swagger for two. Vader bomb was countered by Hunter with knees to the gut. Face-buster by Trips for two. Spinebuster and the Pedigree was set up, but Swagger countered with a back-drop. Vader bomb this time connected for a very near-fall. Triple H countered Swagger’s offensive attempt with a Pedigree for the win.

 

Winner: Triple H, at 9:09. I’m surprised here….I thought Swagger would’ve been the one to be squashed and Rhodes would’ve been the one to have been made to look good. Especially with the way things have played out for those two in the past few weeks.

 

-As they did after the first match, they showed an updated graphic of those who will be in the Chamber match.

 

-Next, Randy Orton faces Shawn Michaels in an Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match. How do they explain how Cena gets to go through someone like Rhodes while Orton has to face Michaels?

 

-A video package on last night’s Rumble match was shown.

-A tongue-in-cheek video on William Shatner aired. They showed shots of Shatner and the voice-over man called him a musical genius. We got Shatner doing spoken word performances of our favorite wrestler’s theme songs, including John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Shawn Michaels, Triple H. They said, “William Shatner sings WWE entrance themes….coming soon.� I hope!

 

-Shawn Michaels was mourning his loss backstage when Triple H came in and asked if he wanted to talk. Hornswoggle barged in and talked in Hornswog-ese ‘til Triple H shooed him away. Hunter told HBK he’d have done the same thing and told Shawn to lighten up. Shawn said it wasn’t supposed to happen that way. Triple H said Shawn is lucky he wasn’t suspended for superkicking that ref last night. Hunter may have referenced Shawn getting fined, and its nice for them to show that there are consequences for such actions. Trips told Shawn to beat Orton tonight so they could tear the house down at Wrestlemania together.

 

-Randy Orton made his entrance for the next Chamber qualifying match.

(3) Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels – Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match

Orton stared down Michaels after a lock-up went nowhere. Another lock-up, another break in the corner. Orton blinked first and Shawn chopped away in the corner. HBK tried an early superkick, but Orton stopped short and fled the ring. Shawn chased him, but it ended when Orton went in the ring and set up for the hangman’s DDT. Shawn got out of it and the sequence ended when Shawn hit a cross-body off the top rope. Flair flip in the corner by Michaels after a hard Irish whip by Orton. Back-breaker by Orton, followed by some stomps to the gut. Michaels blocked a punch, but it led only to an Orton dropkick for two. Vintage Orton chin-lock, but HBK got back to his feet. Randy set Shawn on the top rope as the camera angle caught them fighting on the top rope with the Wrestlemania banner in the background. Michaels fought off Orton’s attack and landed an elbowdrop off the top. Superkick by Shawn missed, but he was shoved off on an RKO attempt. Couple atomic drops by Michaels, then a flying forearm. Michaels kipped up, but Orton surprised him with a roll-up for the three.

 

Winner: Orton, at 6:39. Unique finish to a fine match. The finish deserved a replay, but we didn’t get one.

 

Michaels was dejected in the ring following the match. He was visibly angry as he left the ring and walked to the back.

 

-More clips from the Survivor Series screwjob, including the JR interview with Vince McMahon. Tonight, Hart confronts McMahon again. The announcers didn’t seem to have the same doubt about Bret appearing that McMahon did.

-They showed Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in Nashville with a band playing. It’s just down the street from the arena.

 

-Lawler and Cole talked on camera about the issues that have plagued Shawn Michaels the past few days.

 

-Randy Orton was walking backstage when Ted DiBiase came up to him. Ted congratulated Orton for the win tonight and apologized for the incident last night. Orton shot Teddy a look that silenced the youngster, then Orton walked away without comment.

 

(4) Mark Henry vs. Ted DiBiase – Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match

Henry shoved DiBiase down after a collar-and-elbow tie-up. Henry had the advantage early on and clotheslined DiBiase over the top rope and to ringside. Henry went out to meet him, but DiBiase grabbed his arm and rammed it into a post. Cole called it a “great counter,� but DiBiase didn’t really counter anything, he just grabbed the arm out of nowhere. Back in the ring and DiBiase was in control. That changed with a Henry clothesline. Foot in the face by Teddy, then a cross-body attempt off the second rope. DiBiase was set on the apron, where he grabbed the arm and pulled it across the top rope. Henry missed a charge, and DiBiase landed a single-arm DDT for the pin.

 

Winner: DiBiase, at 3:08. This will be DiBiase’s first Elimination Chamber match. Not a great match for the three minutes it went.

 

-They showed a split-screen of Kofi Kingston and Big Show getting ready for their Elimination Chamber qualifying match tonight.

 

-Cole and Lawler talked about Jack Brisco, who recently passed away. They said a few words about him, showed the graphic from the top of the show, then aired a video package on his career. They even showed a short commercial for the Brisco Brothers Body Shop! Polite applause from the fans followed that.

-Kelly Kelly was backstage congratulating Gail Kim on her title shot. Maryse walked up to them and she told Kim she’s looking forward to the championship match against her. She said she’s been watching Smackdown lately, and what Michelle McCool and Mickie James have been doing there is a disgrace, as they are acting like little girls. Maryse said she was looking forward to her match with Kim and seemed sincere. Then she spoke French and walked away. Kim and Kelly both agreed that was weird.

 

-The Miz and Big Show were relaxing in William Shatner’s office, sans Shatner. Miz talked about Big Show winning his match tonight and Miz said he’d convince TJ Hooker to give them a title shot against DX. Then CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Serena walked in and told Miz and Show that they were screwed out of their title shot last week and were looking for whatever passes for an authority figure on Raw. Shatner walked in and looked at the camera as they froze it and the voice-over proclaimed him “Raw match negotiator.� Funny. The two sides pled their case to Shatner. Shatner said he’ll do what he does best: Make a deal. He made it a Triple-Threat tag match for the titles for next week against DX. Shatner got in a plug for a horse charity and hammed it up for the camera while the wrestlers joked with him. Shatner froze and thought they were freeze framing, telling the other wrestlers to do so as well. The wrestlers finally just walked away.

 

-Triple H and Shawn were in the locker room. Trips tried to give Shawn a pep talk and told him he doesn’t need Undertaker at Wrestlemania. He said there’s plenty of other guys to take on at Wrestlemania. “Not for me,� Shawn said.

 

-Kofi Kingston made his entrance for the final Chamber qualifying match, which is next.

(5) Kofi Kingston vs. The Big Show – Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match

Before the match, The Miz came out. He joined the commentators for the match as Show tossed Kingston around to start. He missed a charge and ended up on the apron where he was dropkicked to ringside by Kingston. He recovered there as they went to break.

Back in the ring after break, Show hammered away with forearms on Kingston. Jaw-breaker by Kingston got him out of a rest-hold. Giant headbutt by Show put Kingston to the mat. He rolled out of the ring, where Miz decided to do some trash talking to Kofi. MVP ran out of the crowd and attacked Miz. He laid a good licking in on Miz as Lawler called it a cheap shot. Kingston choked Show across the top rope then came off the top…well no, he slipped. Show walked toward him and Kofi tried to hit a dropkick that looked ugly. Kingston got back on a roll and hit the Boom Drop. Kingston beat on Show in the corner, including getting a thumb to the eye. Show grabbed Kofi by the throat and tried to punch Kingston, but Kingston ducked and he knocked the ref out (on a punch that showed a lot of light). Show showed concern for the ref and called for another to come to the ring. Scott Armstrong obliged, then rang the bell when he got there, DQ’ing Show.

 

Winner: Kingston, via DQ, at 8:20. Not the smoothest effort, but good to see Kofi get into the Chamber.

 

Big Show got upset at ringside and tossed the steps around as the referee was tended to by the medical staff.

 

-They showed highlights of Bret Hart’s Raw return almost a month ago.

 

-Mr. McMahon was walking backstage….he calls out Bret Hart next.

-They showed the graphic for the Elimination Chamber match at Elimination Chamber.

 

-Next week, NASCAR driver and friend of John Cena, Carl Edwards, is the guest host of Raw. Also, a Triple-Threat Tag match for the titles will take place next week.

 

-Jerry Lawler was in the ring, and he introduced tonight’s guest host, William Shatner. Lawler intro’d Shatner as the man who inducted him into the WWE Hall-of-Fame, and his BFF. The Bella Twins accompanied Shatner to the ring. Shatner came into the ring and pretended to trip, running into Lawler and the both of them getting knocked down. They checked to make sure they were both OK. Shatner thanked the fans for allowing him to be the guest host of Raw tonight. Shatner introduced The Excellence of Execution, a fellow Canadian, and his friend, Bret Hart. Hart made his entrance into the arena, not looking too happy. Fireworks went of as he got into the ring. He shook hands with Shatner, who gave him the microphone. Bret said that a little over a month ago he was here and he’s had a month to think about things. Hart said he came back for all the right reasons, trying to make peace after 12 years. He said everybody warned him, but he was too naïve to think he could put this all behind him. He said things aren’t sitting very well with him, and he didn’t come here tonight to make peace. He said he came to talk to Vince McMahon face-to-face. He called out McMahon and told him to get his ass out here. He said ass again as he threatened to take the camera crew to the back and find McMahon. Finally, Vince came out.

 

He was in extreme strut mode too, grooving to his tune on the stage. He acted surprised to see Bret, overacting to it, then walking to the ring. McMahon got a mic in the ring so he didn’t have to share with Bret. McMahon said he wanted to get a few things off his chest as well, one of them being that he wanted to reiterate that he doesn’t regret anything he’s done or said to Bret. He said that was the first honest thing Vince ever said to him. He called McMahon “the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be� at lying. Hart talked about all the times McMahon lied to him. Bret said that McMahon couldn’t lace up his father’s jockstrap. Stu Hart wearing a lacy jock-strap is something I don’t need in my mind. Hart said that last week John Cena called McMahon pathetic. Hart said he knows about pathetic, especially after ending up in a wheelchair after his stroke. Bret said he remembered sitting in that wheelchair, crying himself to sleep and feeling pathetic. Bret said he promised himself he’d get out of that chair and made a vow to never feel pathetic in his life. Bret said when he came back to Raw, Vince left him feeling pathetic. Hart talked about the sacrifices he made working for Vince. He thought to himself that someday, Vince McMahon would appreciate it. Hart said it took him 20 minutes to build up a reputation, and it took Vince three seconds to tear it down. He confronted Vince about the chewing gum remark and said this stick of chewing gum has enough flavor left in it to kick Vince’s ass here and now. Bret’s body language doesn’t seem to match the supposed intense feelings he has. McMahon said that, in the interest of being honest, he introduced Bret Hart by all his nicknames. “What a crock!� he said in that deep, throaty, trademark voice of his. McMahon forgot about the Canadian Hero moniker he has in Canada. McMahon said he’s not a hero, and Bret asked if he was finished. Vince said no, and that Bret isn’t a hero to anyone. McMahon again said he wasn’t finished. He said he didn’t understand what the fans see in Bret. McMahon said Hart is revered by fans, but he thinks he’s pathetic. He said Bret has zero personality and that those Bret faced in the ring, like Shawn Michaels, Mr. Perfect and Steve Austin, all had the personality to make up for it.

 

McMahon continued, saying Bret has no charisma, no command of the English language and that hound-dog looking face. He talked of Bret’s stringy, crappy hair. He even said Bret was dressed like a hobo. Vince said that Bret deserved to be screwed. McMahon said the last time the two were face-to-face, Vince said he’d nominate Stu for the H.O.F. Vince said he re-thought that and it’s not going to happen because he doesn’t deserve it. Wow, he’s really bringing out the big guns. Then Bret kicked Vince in the gut, pulled his jacket over his head, and beat him up hockey style. He brought Vince to the middle of the ring and was about to lock in the Sharpshooter when Batista came out. He pulled Bret off Vince and did the same thing to Bret with the jacket and the punches. Fans were chanting for Cena as Batista held Bret for Vince to hit. McMahon got fired up and gesticulated all over the ring in front of Bret. He spit right in Bret’s face as Batista held him. Where is John Cena? McMahon strutted around the ring as the show closed. Strong ending segment, especially Vince’s performance.

I'm going to cry if Bret and Vince are attached to Cena and Batista. You know, Bret with Cena to represent him and fight for his honor vs. Vince with Batista to represent him and fight for his honor.. Seeing as how Cena was the one who baited Vince into letting Bret come back and now Batista was the one who came to Vince's rescue and "beat down" Bret. I just have a really bad feeling about it. I have no problem with Cena vs. Batista spiraling off from this, but if it's at the center of the Vince-Bret feud.... no, that's not going to work for me.

 

On another side of things, they are clearly being very careful with the hits that Bret is taking. Bret even looked quite sluggish with the way that he attempted to unload on McMahon and Batista was only throwing punches in the chest area of Bret. The way both Bret and Batista pulled the jackets over the head is apparently "hockey style" so I guess I can buy into that. But still... I'm now very fearful that Bret can't work much of a program at all with Vince. It may end up as people fear to be a bad match, but I'd still rather have that then Cena vs. Batista in the middle of the Bret-Vince feud.

 

I still thought the final segment was pretty damn good though. I've been reading people giving McMahon a lot of credit, but I thought Bret did pretty good. He was never the best ever on the mic, but I think he's holding his own and cutting better promos then we usually see these days.

I was reading online that Bret Hart probably cant a bump on his back. If he is so fragile they'll have to get someone else in there which is probably what is going to set up Cena vs Batista. It'll be similar to Umaga vs Lashley fighting for Vince and Trump.

Good the WWE version of ECW is a joke. The real ECW was good because it was extreme, not just a place to put crappy wrestlers when there is no where else to put them.

I've wanted to see Christian on Raw since he returned and getting the proper push he deserves. People say that Vince doesn't get Christian. Well... its about time he did.

TNA makes me sad. Good portion of their roster is a bunch of old guys that just cant wrestle anymore. and it truly makes me sad to see this. It makes me so sad to see these guys in their 40-50's and they are putting out such weak performances.

That foley-nash match was absolutely disgusting. A 90 second No-DQ match? WTF!

This show needs to be LIVE every monday and they gotta put out that young talent they got. The wrestling is really good and much more enjoyable to watch than WWE.

 

One more thing: Lacey Von Erich and Velvet Sky are drop dead gorgeous.

 

As far as WWE goes...Eh i dont watch smackdown all though i should...And Raw is alright i guess.

TNA makes me sad. Good portion of their roster is a bunch of old guys that just cant wrestle anymore. and it truly makes me sad to see this. It makes me so sad to see these guys in their 40-50's and they are putting out such weak performances.

That foley-nash match was absolutely disgusting. A 90 second No-DQ match? WTF!

This show needs to be LIVE every monday and they gotta put out that young talent they got. The wrestling is really good and much more enjoyable to watch than WWE.

 

One more thing: Lacey Von Erich and Velvet Sky are drop dead gorgeous.

 

As far as WWE goes...Eh i dont watch smackdown all though i should...And Raw is alright i guess.

The whole Bret Hart thing is garbage. He might just be my favorite wrestler of all time and watching him out their...:isigh:

He needs to go away, for his own good.

Great he came back, did the whole Vince McMahon thing, And the Shawn Michaels thing...Now go away because he clearly cant wrestle.

I would hate to see him wrestle now because im pretty positive it would be a weak performance.

 

As far as ECW goes...sorry...WWECW...This thing needs to go down. Now.

Those glory days were awesome, but they are long gone, dead, and not coming back.

They need to keep brett hart out of a match. Batista had to punch him in his sides because he couldnt hit him anywhere else. I read that they cant even knock Brett down because he could get hurt. Hopefully it will be Batista fighting for Vince and Cena for Bret Hart. That way Bret Hart can just come in and give vince a sharp shooter rather than be involved in a TNA quality match.

It's all very well us saying what Bret should or shouldn't do, but he knows his own body and its his choice. We don't even know what has been planned so I'm just going to sit back and see what happens. Yes, I fear for what might happen, but that's life. We fear the unknown.

 

The major thing reported is that Bret can't take a flat back bump so they'd have to work around it. Ric Flair hasn't taken one of these in like 15 years, but he managed to get by. He broke his back in a plane crash or something and while that might not be the same as a stroke or a nasty concussion... its still something where one bad bump of landing the wrong way could've put him in a wheel chair for the rest of his life.

 

If Bret is going to do a street fight or something... I'm sure he will work out a way to protect himself. This guy wrestled 20 years without majorly injuring ANYONE because he knew how to protect others in the ring. By the same reasoning... he'll know how to protect himself.

I will say this, In a way, It's great to see Bret the Hitman Hart once again.

I know Flair didn't have a stroke, I made my point clearly with making that distinction. You're not telling me anything I don't know, but you completely missed my point.

 

We're not talking about Bret Hart "wrestling", we're talking about a man who has issues, but we DON'T KNOW all the specific details and extent of his injuries. All we know so far is that he can't take a flat back bump and, like I said, neither could Flair for 15 years. It's something to work around and it has been before.

 

My next point was that I believe Bret knows what he's doing. Whether he chooses to have a match or not, I trust in his decision and I believe he, and the WWE, would be able find ways to get around his bigger areas of weakness. This is why I mentioned Ric Flair... a man who was able to do this for 15 years. Not the same weaknesses or, arguably, even as serious, but where there's a will... there's a way. If that means that he doesn't take punches to the face, but shots to the gut then so be it. How entertaining it is depends on how the feud continues to build. I'm sure by Wrestlemania, Vince would've had the upper hand so much that we'll be dying for Bret to kick the sh*t out of him. If it's a 10 minute one sided of Bret doing offensive moves then we'll get our payoff and thus... be entertained.

Of course the WWE wants that, that's why they exist... and Bret is back because he's based out of Calgary for the next two years while his 27 year old girlfriend is at school. They've wanted him back for years, but he's always turned them down. Now the timing is right and hopefully it works out for both sides because, if it does, there's a chance Bret will be back in other future storylines.

 

I'd f***ing kill to see Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels in the same ring in Montreal. I'd love to see Bret come down to the ring in Canada, New York, Chicago, Philly... anywhere where crowds are still alive unlike most of the crappy arenas they visit these days. So... in conclusion, I hope it all works out one way or another.

His book is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be.

 

But, seriously, it really is. It has no affiliation with the WWE so its as no holds barred as a book can be. He admits all his faults and why he felt right to be doing the things he did. Some may label his attempts to justify his wife cheating as completely arrogant, but you have to remember that it is his perspective. It is why he made those decisions and its up to us to judge him based on our own morals.

 

Its a very long book of like 550 pages or so, but its worth it. The WWE days are a lot more interesting then the Calgary Stampede (as to be expected), but it all comes together quite nicely.
