jmenjes Posted September 13, 2009 Share Posted September 13, 2009 There's big news today from the D23 Expo; Fantasyland is getting a pretty big makeover. Coming in is a new attraction based on The Little Mermaid, Pixie Hollow for meeting Tinkerbell and her friends, places to meet the princesses, and more. Dumbo will have his own little area in the new Fantasyland, along with a second copy of the original Dumbo ride. Mickey's Toontown Fair will be going away with the new expansion. Here's some concept art of the new Fantasyland. Philharmagic, IASW, and Peter Pan are staying, the work will take place on the eastern side of Fantasyland. All of that unused space where 20,000 Leagues used to be will finally be put to use. Star Tours II is coming as well, with new adventures too. And it'll be in 3D to boot.
