gizmo
Let's all hope we get a full season of the *real* Nolasco and not that impostor we saw in the first half of last season.
Retro_Marlins25
Hopefully he has a great season and we sign him through 2011-2113.
Erick
Hopefully he has a great season and we sign him through 2011-2113. By that time we'll have 103 more World Series titles!
MarlinsLou
Very low considering other arbitration awards to similar past pitchers (Dave Bush, Blanton, etc). I was expecting around $4.2. I guess his lack of starts in 2007, and his horrid first half this year, knocked off a few dollars. SOSNICK reps Nolasco btw. So apparently, they are able to "work" with him. Sosnick also said he is working to bridge the gap between JJ and the Marlins, which is good. But then again, he seems to have a different assessment of the talks each day. Mr. Teal
Nolasco is going to prove to be an enormous value when he dominates this season. I hope he got that slow start out of his system.
Schnellders
I like how they got this settled quickly and at a very reasonable price. Allows more time for Sosnick and the Marlins to concentrate on priority #

dgreco
Glad to see a player take the deal avoid going to arbitration.
-Miami Fan-
This is great news and a smart decision by the font office. I also like the fact that, as some of you said, we were able to work out a deal with Sosnick. I've got some good expectations for Ricky in '10.
