I didn't notice if they were even in the book. I'm not sure about the exchange for these tickets. I just assumed the $$$ would be credited to my account. Call your sales rep. I double checked my books and the tickets aren't even in there. Maybe it depends when you bought the tickets? When was this series planned to be in Puerto Rico? Maybe if you bought the tickets early, this series' tickets are in the book and if you bought them late they're not? I'm not a season ticket holder myself. Just a theory.
