Have to go with Javy. Lost us a game before even getting an out. Hope he does far better the rest of the way.

Kinda Hard. Hopefully its the last time I got to admit it but Cogs hasnt gotten much done since his first AB. I think he will turn it around as he has the past two years (last year before the injury obviously) Then again he hasnt disappointed with his Defense. Made a great diving catch Saturday.

Pitching wise it has to be a tie between Webb and Vasquez. Its harder to judge them due to the short time we see them.

Overall I got to go Javy, seems to be the idea everyone has. Did give us a fighting chance. Cogs is close second.

I went Christopher Wallace Estaban Rodriguez Coghlan.

Went with Sir Hanley due to his expectations and the error(s).

Almost went with Other (Wes Helms) and his two wastes of plate appearances.

Ha, I dont think anyone was really surprised about Helms wasting two at-bats.

You make a good point with Hanley. You expect alot more then a bunch of groundouts and an error from you multi-million dollar gem.

Javy got my vote he drop egg i hope this not way he going pitch or we going have bad rotation were we be looking for pitcher to be our third guy on roation and bad move by marlins in offseason

When one of your stars goes down, the rest of the team needs to step it up. Especially the team's leader and other star. Hanley hasn't done that. 14 ABs, 1 2B, no walks, 3 K's, no ribbies, which also means no dingers, .214 BA and OBP, and errors. Come to think of it, no home runs in ST either.

I voted Hanley. I don't usually vote for these types of things, but Hanley's 2011 start has been very Un-Super Star-ish, and a big disappointment.

I went w/ Cogs bc he is depended upon to get on base and score runs at the top of the order, and didn't do much of that this weekend. Javy of course stunk up JRS yesterday afternoon, but the offense only scored 2 runs, and that begins w/ the man batting #1. Hard to bail out your starter in his Marlins debut when you can't send men accross the plate.

Javi's outing yesterday was terrible, but he should have left the game down by 4, defense cost us 3 runs.

I went with Coghlan, but in retrospect, I should've voted for Hanley, who was almost invisible at the plate. Coghlan may have only had 1 hit, but he walked 3 times and his OBP was higher than Hanley's.

If Hanley doesn't have a monster year I feel like he's gonna be this years whipping boy.

For this week ill go with Javy.

I'm giving it to Hanley. He's supposed to be our best player. He's defense has only gotten worse, and hitting wise, he needs to step it up and become dominant like everyone keeps saying he's capable of.

Team sucks. My life is over. 1-161. Trade everyone. Time to rebuild. Tear the new stadium down. Move the franchise to the moon.

We'll definitely have an attendance problem there. :lol

I really doubt that will happen. But it's a head scratcher where his power has disappeared to.

I went with Coghlan. He had like 6 feeble groundouts, even his one hit was a weak grounder! Hopefully he turns it around in this Nationals series. My second choice would be Javier and my 3rd choice is Hanram.
