Michael
To me, this is just ridiculous. A woman is sitting near a bullpen, where there's a couple of kids pitching and catching, 11 years old, and she gets hit by an errant throw. It happens, it's a risk you take at a Little League field. And the fact that she also sent threatening letters to this kid's family? I mean, wtf? What is it these days with people? http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/jun/22/nj-woman-hit-ball-sues-little-league-player/?page=

Marlins
Uh, yeah...She doesn't stand a chance of winning the case (which won't even be a case as it'll get thrown out once it's read).
Piazza31
It was a purpose pitch, obviously he was trying to move her from the picnic plate and get the inside corner.

EricWiener
If the kid hit her on purpose, then this is a different story. If he just overthrew, then well.. f*** those people.

Very true to your first point and to your second, I hate civil matters. Your training to be the baron of evil Mystikol. Civil court reminds me of two kids arguing over a toy and the father has to mitigate.
