I like how they're giving Dietrich a look at 3B, in case Cox can't hit in the majors.

 

I'd still like it if we swung for a Stanton for Profar/Olt+ trade with the Rangers. Then we'd have more than enough IF prospects to put out a very good offensive (and defensive) infield in the near future. I feel like the OF is easier to fill - especially since we'll have Yelich, Marisnick and Ozuna.

 

But seriously, what happened to Cox? He's been used sparingly lately..

Cox is OPSing at .865 in AA (with no homers). He's walking a shitload in AA for whatever reason. I guess that's good? they should probably put him in AAA sooner than later. I'm not very hopeful he'll ever be a major leaguer, but Dietrich on the other hand...
