Today as I watch from the DC area, I'm proud to say that I sprung for two tickets for my dad and brother to be there tonight and to honor my late grandfather who I managed and was honored to go to Opening Day with in 2000.2003, and 2004. Last year, I was there for the Marlins/Nationals 2013 opener here, the first opening day EVER without him, as he passed away in January of 2013. I witnessed the first of 100 losses. Actually, the first 3 of 100. That was a bad feeling. Baseball is a fun sport, it is our passion. This is our team. We don't play the games, they do and we must remain confident that they will give 100%. So in this 2014, let's take every out by out, every run by run, and win.
