Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports that the Marlins remain in the mix to re-sign reliever Mike Dunn.

Frisaro notes that Brett Cecil's four-year, $30.5 million contract with the Cardinals has reshaped the market for left-handed relievers and could have an impact on whether Dunn returns. The 31-year-old owns a 3.54 ERA (110 ERA+) in the majors and is coming off a 3.40 ERA and 38/11 K/BB ratio over 42 1/3 innings this past season. Frisaro speculates that the market is trending for Dunn to make more than $5 million per season.
