Admin Posted February 13, 2017 Share Posted February 13, 2017 MIAMI (Feb. 13, 2017) ― FOX Sports Florida announced today the schedule for Miami Marlins 2016 encore games, which will feature replays of six of the best games from last season. The replays will begin airing on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. and air every night through Sunday, Feb. 19 on the TV home of the Marlins, in addition to live streaming on the FOX Sports GO app. With pitchers and catchers scheduled to report to Spring Training tomorrow, the replays serve as the perfect early-year primer to get Marlins fans ready for the start of the 2017 season. Full schedule of replays: Airdate: Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, 7 p.m. Game: June 2, vs. Pittsburgh Pirates Pitcher Wei-Yin Chen carried a no-hitter into the seventh inning, with outfielder Christian Yelich’s walk-off double winning it for the Marlins in extra innings. Airdate: Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, 7 p.m. Game: July 1, vs. Atlanta Braves Pitcher José Fernández added pinch hitting dynamo to his resume by driving in a pair to seal the extra innings win for Miami. Airdate: Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, 7 p.m. Game: July 31, vs. St. Louis Cardinals Infielder Derek Dietrich lost his shirt after delivering a two-out, walk-off RBI triple in the ninth that helped the Fish top the Cardinals. Airdate: Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, 7 p.m. Game: August 26, vs. San Diego Padres Infielder Chris Johnson's second career walk-off capped a four-run, ninth inning Marlins comeback. Airdate: Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, 7 p.m. Game: Sept. 20, vs. Washington Nationals José Fernández pitched his most dominant outing of the year, striking out 12 in a season-high eight innings, to lead Miami to a 1-0 victory. Airdate: Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, 7 p.m. Game: Sept. 26, vs. New York Mets Second baseman Dee Gordon set the tone and honored José Fernández by hitting a leadoff homerun that tugged at the heartstrings of everyone at Marlins Park.
