Will A.J. Burnett be ready for next season?

I heard somewhere that he won't be back until March of next year. Is this true? We need as much talent as we can get. This guy was our main rocket until he got hurt. A lot of you guys have been saying he'll show up as a relief man or closer. Why? He was great starting for us.

It isn't easy coming back from elbow reconstructive surgery to throw 100 mph 75-85 (starting out) per game.

 

I'd be thrilled to have before July.

He will start throwing Bullpens in January.

 

He is still doing his routine, throwing every other day. He wont be back untill may or april.

he'll be back, but I hope we dont see him anywhere above AAA rehab. I dont want to see him in the bullpen - I have a hard time with putting a starter in the pen just for rehab. He should get into the flow of live action AND starting. Preparing like a starter, not a reliever. His mechanics and his brain could get screwed up.
