Chen signs with Mariners

Now that Chen has been released by the mariners, I doubt anyone else will resign him. Do the marlins have to pay him the full amount of the contract because we released him before the pandemic or is his salary also prorated too?

Chen will get his full salary and the fish will pay it.

Seems like the Rangers would've benefitted by keeping Prince Fielder on the DL, rather than releasing him?!?!

Of course that was a few years ago too - who would've thought this would be happening.

 

And every time I read about it - damn, good for you Bobby Bonilla!
